Andrey and Josh are two exceptional members from Hybrid Hong Kong who have qualified for this year's Hyrox World Championships in Manchester. Andrey has been a member of Hybrid for nearly two years, participating in both personal training and group training sessions. Last weekend, both Andrey and Josh beat their previous Hyrox time by an impressive four minutes, coming extremely close to breaking the one-hour mark for the event.
