Head of MMA
Sean is a highly accomplished martial artist with black belts in Shotokan karate, judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). He has competed at the national and international level, earning titles such as 2004 AAU national champion in karate and a silver medal in the Abu Dhabi World Pro competition in BJJ. Sean has also fought professionally in MMA and Muay Thai. As a coach, he creates a supportive environment while teaching fundamental techniques and embracing new training approaches.
As a coach, Sean strives to create an atmosphere of trust, respect, and support. While placing a strong emphasis on teaching students the fundamentals of their martial arts, while keeping an open mind to incorporate new techniques in the training sessions.
His favourite part of being a martial arts coach is seeing a strong team culture and community in a individual sport.
