Natalie is a registered physiotherapist in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
Being involved in different athletic environments allowed her to see how her peers coped with injury in high-performance settings. This interest drove her to complete a physiotherapy degree in 2019.
Following her return to Hong Kong, she discovered a deeper passion for strength training and nutrition when she started powerlifting.
Natalie utilises her wide range of experiences in sports and her physiotherapy career to form a holistic view of a client's health and wellbeing. This is reflected in her approach to coaching as she encourages all her clients to take into account how one's lifestyle choices affect their health.
