Gabriel moved to Hong Kong in 2017 having previously played Professional Rugby in the UK whilst reading BSc Sport & Exercise Science at Loughborough University. His coaching career began working in high performance sport, dedicating his time to working with Hong Kong Football Club, Hong Kong Golf Club, and the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in their strength and conditioning programmes.
From advanced nutritional guidance to holistic protocols dealing with various training & health metrics, his approach to client progression is founded on evidence-based research that gives you complete insight and education of how to achieve and optimise your goals. Gabriel ensures you own your training and have the opportunity to take complete ownership of your physical and mental development.
His favourite part of being a coach is being able to assimilate a family culture that unites itself behind a wide range of training modalities and approaches.
