Alex is a Hong Kong native with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree and an award for the highest-graded undergraduate dissertation in the CIMSPA Partnership. He is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach with competitive experience in sports such as Dragon Boating, Cross-Country, Rugby, and Muay Thai.

In an industry filled with misinformation, Alex prioritizes evidence-based approaches to guide clients towards success. He leverages scientifically proven methods to optimize and streamline training sessions, helping clients achieve fitness goals efficiently.

Alex finds gratification in witnessing clients achieve not only physical transformations, but also mental well-being and holistic growth and development.
